I offer a safe, confidential, non-judgemental presence where we can explore your concerns, and find your path towards resolution and recovery. I am available to support individuals and couples.

It can be difficult to reach out, even when we feel alone and in pain. Being met with a soft landing, and feeling a degree of trust that life can get better is all it takes.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, with an MA in Counselling, and a BA in Psychology. I earned both degrees from the University of Ottawa. I have completed studies in Theology and Buddhism, bringing a blend of eastern and western contemplative thought. EMDR, Solution Focused, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural, and Mindfulness Based Therapies are among trainings I have completed, and my practice is informed by an understanding of biological and attachment bases for behaviour.
